FFAIR, a combined online exhibitor manual and supplier marketplace has joined forces with event marketplace provider, ShowShoppa to provide organisers with dual functionality of both platforms.
The partnership agreement, signed at International Confex earlier today, will see the two technology companies link their platforms for enhanced exhibitor benefits.
Adam Jones, CEO of FFAIR (pictured) said: “We saw a lot of synergy with what ShowShoppa is doing and saw a great opportunity to allow exhibitions to serve exhibitors and engage consumers. This will really help shows to improve their brand reach.
For ShowShoppa, the partnership comes hot on the heels of another partner agreement, this time with event website design company, ASP, signed last week.
ShowShoppa founder, Brenda Hobday (pictured), commented: “Websites are the online shop window of an event. By adding an event marketplace visitors can engage with exhibitors through personalised interactions and building custom lists of products. We can also extend ASP’s extensive event web design experience to our client database.”
By now also partnering with FFAIR, Hobday aims to extend the seamless experience for exhibitors by allowing organisers to add more benefits for their exhibitors.
“Exhibitors will be able to connect more meaningfully with a show audience, both at the Showa and afterwards,” Hobday concluded.
