Glisser has been named as one of the 100 most flexible companies to work for by UK-based recruitment platform, Flexa.
The Flexa100 ranking benchmarks global companies using hundreds of thousands of data points that evaluate factors such as flexible hours, dog-friendly offices, flexible benefits, working from home, remote working and other key ways of working and cultural indicators.
Employer and employee questionnaire answers are then weighted against Flexa users’ data on workplace preferences before the two scores are then averaged to produce a ranking.
Glisser ranked 96 on the Flexa100 list. The company’s chief evangelist, Vanessa Lovatt said: “If you have known me for a while, you’ll know this means a lot to me as I’ve been on this flexible, hybrid journey for years before the pandemic, focusing on output, results, employee fulfilment and uniting work and life, instead of making them compete against one another..”
Lovatt went on to invite anyone who wishes to work for a company that places flexible working at the heart of its culture to enquire about available roles in UK sales, customer services in the US and upcoming jobs in the platform’s development team.
Other companies on The Flexa100 list include Carwow, Sift, AGCS (part of the Allianz Group), Philip Kingsley, FarFetch and Whereby.
