Glisser walked away with the award for Best Virtual & Hybrid Event Platform at last night’s VEI Virtual & Hybrid Event Awards 2021, beating off competition from 12 other shortlisted entries.
The ceremony, broadcast via Cvent’s platform from ExCeL London’s virtual studio, which opened last year in partnership with production company Anna Valley, awarded 15 trophies in categories such as best conference, best technology, best brand activation, best employee engagement event and best consumer event.
Best Virtual & Hybrid Conference went to drp Group for Big Talk World.
Best Virtual & Hybrid Technology was won by KUDO, a cloud-based collaboration platform that enables web meetings and live conferences with real-time multilateral language interpretation.
Live Union won Best Virtual & Hybrid Employee Engagement Event for its Arm 30 House Party. Whilst Hub Exhibitions took home the trophy for Best Virtual & Hybrid Consumer Event for Women in Business.
On winning the Best Virtual & Hybrid Event Platform accolade, Glisser’s chief evangelist, Vanessa Lovatt said: “The volume of blood, sweat and tears that goes into Glisser is immense.
